It is unlawful to resell hair that has been worn. Therefore we do not except exchanges once you have received the hair.

Once your order is placed there is a 36 hr processing period. If you decide to make any changes to your order, you may do so during that period. After your order has been fulfilled we can not issue any refunds.

Please Note: SapphireLuxeHair is not responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments.

We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to SapphireLuxeHair. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
